- Sacred Trust: Readings and healings are live, bespoke experiences that cannot be "returned."  

- Quality Assurance: Every physical product is crafted and checked with meticulous care before shipping.  

Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days at info@willowwilde.org with photos, and we’ll gladly make it right.
