- No Refunds: Due to their energetic and bespoke nature, all sessions are final.  

- Rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via email. Late cancellations forfeit the fee.  

- Client Responsibility: Readings are guidance, not absolutes. You hold power over your choices.  

2. Physical Products (Oils, Candles, Etc.) 

- All Sales Final: Ritual items are charged with intention upon creation; returns disrupt their energy.  

- Damaged Items: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos for a replacement.  

- Safety: Skin-test before use. Keep candles away from drafts/pets. We’re not liable for misuse.
